How to import audio without itunes

Post by xdiydadx »

Is it possible to import audio to a track without using itunes?

Here's my dilemma. I download guitar backing tracks to jam over and i'd like to record on top of them. Unfortunately i only have a chromebook which doesn't support itunes.

Is there a way for me import those backing tracks to the multi track app?

Thanks
Tito

I do it all the time using Dropbox. I put my tracks in a dropbox folder on my computer, launch the dropbox app on my phone, and then tap the button that looks like a box with an arrow coming out of it. Then tap "Open In..." and choose DAW.

Hope this helps.

Also try the wifi server if you're on the same wifi network, should be a good match for a chromebook:
