I did this in about two hours. I'm trying to learn the ropes, but I'm amazed at what can be done that the only money I've spent has been on the iRig adapter, and MultiTrack and Beatmaker apps.

Earbud mic for all vocals and acoustic guitar
Bass-iRig direct to MT on iPod touch
Electric guitar-iRig, Ampkit app, wifi transfer to PC then to MT
Drums-Beatmaker custom kit from samples I found at ibeatmaker. I don't have the link handy, but I posted it on the "so close" thread in the help forum.
