Not sure what I did but there is a huge delay on my bass track. I was able to get a drum track looped and solved my level problems by boosting the signal before the Focusrite Scarlett 6i6. But there is a huge latency between playing a note and the sound coming out. The delay still occurs when I go directly to the Focusrite and eliminate the boost. What did I do? If I go to FX > Bus the level is at zero...but the FX icon is colored differently than the other tracks (pink).

I've heard that iOS 9.2.1 has introduced latency issues with USB interfaces like the 6i6. Some people have had success rebooting the iPad. I've also read that this issue has been fixed in the iOS 9.3 beta.
