• Question about using iPad Air 2 phone jack as mic input

Can stereo analog audio be imported into MultiTrack DAW via the headphone jack on an iPad Air 2?

I'm not sure if the iPad Air 2's headphone jack is input & output like the Mac headphone jacks.

Youll have to use one of the special adapters, and it's mono only without awesome quality. Highly recommended is a USB interface and the lightning to usb connector, some ideas here: http://www.harmonicdog.com/inputoptions/
