Never knew about ”Delete unused audio.” Has that been there all these years? Thought there was no destructive editing.
In any case, thanks!

Copy a subset of selected tracks to new file?
I have a 24-track file I’d like to copy, say only six tracks to a new file, but only a selected portion of them. I tried selecting tracks then using Copy from the HotBox, but the Pasteboard apparently doesn’t survive closing the current file. I could either: 1) Dupe an entire file, then erase everyt...

Re: Use iCloud to store Files?
I currently have no Multitrack folder on iCloud — do I need to create one?
Also Files only offers to “copy” the file when I select Move.
Don’t want it copied.

Re: Converting Stereo Track to (2) Monos or VV
Okay.
Can I use the same Bounce to change a “stereo” bass track to mono?
There appear to be several like that with a mono instrument duplicated in R and L of a stereo track.
I only need one.

Re: Converting Stereo Track to (2) Monos or VV
Not even some weird, clunky workaround involving multiple copy/pastes? It’s an issue since many available multitracks come in stereo pairs even when (at times) the source was mono. Or worse, stereo pairs that come as separate L & R mono tracks. Aside from the misleading graphic representation, i...

Re: File types directly supported?
Thanks - great to know it handles all that.
Just to be clear — regardless of format imported, tracks are stored as .wav files, so there’s no storage savings on my device?

Re: Easiest Way to Import Multitracks?
My first reaction to your video is … well I’ll be a €¥£$#@&!
Second is … thanks. There I go again, doing things the hard way.
May I also say you are the first to ever show me a reason to use the iOS split screen.

Use iCloud to store Files?
I’m running out of space. When my last 128G iPad died, I only had the option of 64G or 256G. Not having ever before used even 64G, I opted for the smaller storage. Of course I now regret this as I’m now downloading tons of multitrack projects. Isn’t there a way to offload project files (songs) onto ...

Easiest Way to Import Multitracks?
I’m importing lots of multitracks to remix. Some .WAVE, others .FLAC or sumpn else.
I’d been copy/pasting each track individually using Sound Copy, but there must be a way to import a whole group of tracks at once, no?
Thx

File types directly supported?
A user since 2011, I thought all files imported to tracks had to be .WAV but looks like times have changed.
.FLAC and .OGG seem to work fine without conversion.
Any others?
