I use DAW regularly for live recordings using the same iPad I use for the sound mixer (no need for pc). I love how the Multitrack DAW makes everything easy and with excellent results. The only functionality I can imagine that would make it even more useful is the ability to copy tracks from one song to another, eg. to replace tracks from bar 40 to 60 with tracks from a better recording (I am able to import the audio from bar 40 to 60, but then I loose the ability to mix the tracks further).
