Start by enabling "Punch" from the Menu. You can now adjust the red punch indicators to the desired region. Arm the track you want to do the punch in.
Press the record button
After pressing play, recording will begin after the first punch indicator is reached, and will end after the second punch indicator is reached:
Stop MultiTrack by pressing Play again
