I was looking for a Backing Track player to play along to as the one I previously used is no longer available/supported. After looking at a few, I suddenly realised I could accomplish it in MTD. I created a couple of projects, load upto 10 backing tracks into the first 10 tracks, and use the 11th for my guitar (ToneStack via Audiobus). Mute all tracks except 1 and 11 and play along. At end of song! Mute track 1 and unmute track 2, and I’m ready to go with the next track. Simples...

It would be nice if MTD supported a Bluetooth pedal for starting/stopping tracks, but it’s not a great problem.

Quite a novel solution I thought.
