New Song

I have an iPad 2. Since the latest update, I have not been able to add New Songs. The is no + (plus) sign in like there before when I would want to create a new project. The only way I can record something new is to go back to an already recorded existing song, mute the already recorded tracks so not to be heard and disrupt a totally new song. Is the problem because I have an iPad 2 and the latest updates rendered it virtually useless? I wrote Harmonic Dog but I never heard back from them.

Has anyone else had this problem or am I missing something? Please post the solution if there is one or contact me at: player35plus@aol.com . Is there a telephone number for Harmonic Dog regarding the Multi Track DAW?
