How to insert space?

I have 13 tracks recorded and ready to finalize. I imported a new track that contains an intro. I need to move 13 tracks in unison forward a bit. I am sure this is easy just like everything else on this great app! Please advise.

The way to do this is to select all the regions and move them at the same time. Do this by carefully tapping each region to highlight them all, then open the Hotbox over one of them and Select 'Move'. They will all move as a group, retaining their alignment.
