Is MT working in background play ?

Hi,
I'm French, so, sorry for my poor English...
I would like buy MultiTrack DAW, but befor I have a question.
Is MT working in background play ?
And can I play and record with Animoog or ThumbJam or other ?

MultiTrack does work in the background, if you start playing or recording and then press the Home button. It will continue to record until you switch back to it and press stop, or it will continue to play if there is something to play (regions in the song).

If you start another app while multitrack is in the background, the other app may request exclusive access to the audio hardware, which will stop multitracks output. It depends on the other app and whether they coded it right.

Unfortunately there isn't a way to record the output of other apps at this time, on the same device.
