Once a track/song was recorded it appears in the 'Bin' under the 'Song' tab.
But even if I erase a track, close and restart the app and then open the 'Bin' again...all recordings still appear in the 'Bin' under the 'Song' tab. And I am able to play/use them.
This means all recordings are still saved somewhere.
So how is it possible to physically delete the recorded tracks from my iPad?

Currently the way is to use the Wi-Fi to delete bins from songs. I know this is far from optimal, there will be an update which addresses this.

Any update on this? Bin management is becoming my biggest headache.

Yes, there was definitely an update on this. This is like a 4 year old post!
So you can delete all the unused audio clips (bins), to free up filespace on your device.
In the 'Audio' button of the Hotbox, Song tab:
Above the audio clips (in red), is an option 'Delete all unused Bins'.
