Copy/import from iTunes library

Is anyone else having issues with importing from iTunes?
I've tried with both 3GS and new iPhone 4, both with 4.0 OS and latest MT update.
I can see / load iTunes library but cannot preview or import. I click the play for preview and hear nothing. I try copy/import and nothing happens, although sometimes I'll get a window that quickly opens and closes the says " copying " but nothing ends up in my song..
The song I'm trying to import is not protected. It's from a personal CD I made and imported to iTunes/iPhone.

Sorry..... I just noticed that the update read me specifies no 3GS or
Iphone4 support for this yet. My error!

Submitted a version last night to Apple which addresses this. All devices with iOS4 should be supported with this update, hopefully it'll be approved in the next couple days.

New update (2.0.6) on iTunes App Store right now adds support for all remaining devices (must have iOS4)
