Blootooth headphones causing delay.

Post by arsenogenics »

Back with Harmonicahog after years of delay! Have upgraded to an iPhone 14 and everything seems to be working perfectly except for the fact that there appears to be a delay between the Bluetooth headphones and the Apogee/iphone.

When I got this app originally Apple had two inputs which meant that there was a direct link through my headphones. Now I cannot record in MultiTrack because everything is delayed by a fraction of a second. Is there a fix?

Hmm, yeah a wired connection is currently still better than wireless. It's unfortunate the lack of control we get over buffer sizes for wireless connections. That said, there is latency compensation in multitrack that should account for the delay. Input monitoring wont be usable so make sure to turn that off, but the recording should be aligned on playback.
