Working with MT tracks on PC
I've been looking to enhance some of my MT work with effects and mixing. I'm not looking to spend money. Has anyone used Audacity? Is there something that you're using that you might recommend? I'm using a PC not a Mac. Thanks, in advance. By the way, everyone is just blown away by what I've been able to accomplish so far!

I don't use Audacity but have a lot of friends to swear by it. And since it's free you can't beat the price.

Reaper, although not free, is free to use. You might try it (30 day eval) and if you like it, then for $60 it's excellent value.
Audacity used to be very good a few years ago, when it was simple. It's probably full of features now, which tends to make free software more buggy.

only has one other product I recognise the name of - Wave Editor. I'd stick with Audacity if you want free for PC.
