I got ripped off from the App Store

Hi - I have been an owner of MultiTrack for about a year, since it was called "16 Track". I believe I paid about $15 for it ... After the 2.0 upgrade there was an option to upgrade to 24 tracks for about $8 ....

However, I recently got a new iPhone 4. I added the MultiTrack DAW app to my phone. It was FREE to download since I had already paid for it a long time ago.. BUT I found out that it only has 8 tracks ... BUT I paid @ $15 for 16 tracks ... The upgrade to 24 tracks is now $15 .......

People who are new to MultiTrack only pay $10 for 8 tracks .. That means, in my current situation, I have paid $5 more than the new people for my 8 tracks, because I paid $15 for 8 tracks .. OR I could look at it like I paid $15 for 16 tracks and then someone came along and stole 8 tracks away from me ...

In fact, on my old iPhone 3G, the MultiTrack DAW(2.0.8) app still has the 16 tracks and an upgrade offer for $7.99 .. I already paid for the 1st 16 tracks. I only need 16 tracks. I shouldn't have to pay more money to get back to where I started. I especially shouldn't have to end up spending more money than everyone else ...

Is there anyway to get back what I paid for initially?

Are you using the same itunes account, as it should all be registered to that?
