Alesis StudioDock: will this work with MT-DAW?

If this will work with Multitrack DAW, I'll officially be in heaven. dual 1/4"+XLR combo jacks with phantom power, dual 1/4" main outputs, headphone output, and even MIDI i/o.

$199 is the price, which seems reasonable.
