Saw that my 2.0.6 isn't updating in the appstore. I would like the new features, but do I need to repurchase the whole application?

Also When I go to upgrades in my 2.0.6 menu I don't see anything.

Just noticed I have an update on my ipod touch for 3.0, it must be something with the install on my iphone 4. Will need to update and transfer it to my iphone.
