I'm hesitant to install iOS 5 because of all the stories I've been reading. I have an iPad 2 and a 3rd generation iPod touch. I'd like to hear positive and negative experiences relating to these devices from anyone willing to share. I know that it may take an hour or more, but I've read that apps were wiped out. Are we able to restore from backup? I'm most concerned with the recording/music making apps and if everything was fully restored after the upgrade to iOS 5. Thanks, in advance, for any enlightenment.
I had hoped that the CCK might work with the iPhone 4S running iOS5, but that's not the case.
That's the only device I have running 5 at this point. It's very fast, and so far everything Ive thrown at it, including MT, works well.
