Setting a pan curve

Post by Gorman81 »

Hi all - just got the app as I want to try midi/orchestral multi tracking.
I usually use a zoom 8 or 16 track for my vocal versions and mix down to a master track.
1. I figured out how to set fader curves on a track o.k. Can I set panning position curves as well?
2. Can I mix down to a master track so that I can apply or reset effects as I mix down?

Thank you

General automation of pan and volume is not fully implemented, I have a good start but itll still take a bit of work.
A mixdown can't be changed "mid stream" if that's what you're asking. The above automation functionality would be necessary for this feature.

Thanks for the quick reply it answers my first question, I can just wait and hope for automation.
I think I didn't explain myself clearly enough on my second point, I meant - can I mix down to a master track at all? Using my 16 track I can combine all the tracks into a single stereo track and manually change the volume and panning of individual tracks as I do so.
Also, sorry to ask another question, but can I put more than one volume curve on a track so that the volume will rise and fall more than once?
Thanks again for being helpful.
