Organizing Loops
Anyone have any good ideas on organizing loops for use in MultiTrack? I have probably a few thousand drum loops I would like to have in my iPad for use. I imported a lot of loops into my shared bin, but they are just there as one long list. Is there any way to create folders or directories to store the loops in? Does anyone have any creative convenient ideas?

Hi,
Goodreader let's you create folders and you can open wav files into MTDaw from inside it. In GR, once you've got your waves nicely arranged, to open one you have to tap and hold the selected wav file and it gives you an option of apps to open with, choose MTDaw
Also, instead of tapping and holding, you can use the Manage option in GR, to find the open with option.
This is slower than having it in MTDaw, but makes things alot easier to find. Hope this helps! <3

I forgot to say - another good thing about GR, if you have more than 1 iOS device, is that you can also transfer files between devices with MTDaw..
..Eg, say you've recorded a track in MTDaw on your iPad, but you wana keep working on it on your iPhone/iPod, just go to the projects page in MTDaw, turn wifi on, it will give you a web address - then on your iPhone/iPod go to goodreader, paste in the web address into GR's browser (yes it has a web browser in it), and choose the files you wana download - u can then open these in MTDaw as I described above
U can also transfer between GR on iPad to iPhone/iPod by opening GR on both devices and using GR's wifi transfer mode. I use it for reading various files, but I also use it for music apps! Another plus about GR is it can open midi files in other music apps like m16 or music studio!
