finding the site on the web

I hit the wifi button, get an addy...put that in the browser and the addy is not recognized.

Can you help with this? I've followed the instructions and my iphone is config with the wifi.

Hi Donnie,

Unfortunately going through the web isn't supported, unless you could open a port on your router for external access, if that's what your asking. For now you'll have to make sure to use a computer which is on the same network as the iPhone (connected to the same router). What is the ipaddress given and is the computer getting a similar address?

Every computer and OS has a different way of getting the ip address. I'm going to need a bunch more information. Please be as descriptive as possible. Would you like to continue this through email?
