Compression issue on new iPad

Compression causes high pitched distortion on my new iPad. Program issue or my bad???

Yes, it's happening on the new A6 devices (iPhone 5, iPad 4), but the iPad mini is working fine. I'll have a fix soon, apologies. It only affects the compressor in the master section, not the individual tracks.

I am experiencing this as well on my iPad 2 inserted into the Alesis IO Dock, but this could be because I am still getting used to the controls for the "per track" compressor and might be pushing the level too much.

Compressors are sensitive beasts at best.

yeah, compressor is just giving out a loud hipitch squeek on my ipad 4, no matter how the settings are

Didn't get a chance to really test last night but I downloaded the update and had no issues with compression...thanks for the fix.

PS. on one song it only affects the master Comp, on another the individual comps. I have the feeling it has to do with the new ipad/phone sound engine...
