Audiobus single track only?

I am a little confused. I am running Jamit into multitrack DAW via Audiobus. Only want the effect from Jamit on the guitar track I'm recording, but the effect is on all the tracks previously recorded. If I turn Jamit off in the right pop out window, the effect is also turned off in my guitar track. It looks like the master bus and FX bus is turned off.

Am I missing a simple setting?

MultiTrack doesn't send any audio out to be affected in audiobus, so this is a little confusing. Of course, any audio going through JamUp and being recorded in multitrack will have the JamUp effects baked into the audio. You could also record a dry recording in multitrack simultaneously as well though.
