Mix down to iTunes

How do I get a mix down out of iTunes after exporting there? Can't find shared folder in iTunes...going a little nuts. Btw...hello all...enjoying the program so far. I am using an iPad and plugging it into computer and launching iTunes. While we are at it...anyone know how to find songs mixed from Garage Band to iTunes in iTunes. Loving recording on the iPad but where are all my iTunes exports going?

Basically it's in the "Apps" tab, below the place where you can arrange the icons for the device.
