I can't figure out from this forum, or from the site documentation whether I can do what I'm trying to do...
I am doing an interview podcast. 2 people in the room. Me and the interviewee. I have a USB mic. He has a USB mic. I want BOTH mics to go into my iPad to MultiTrack DAW or GarageBand simultaneoulsly but be recorded on TWO DIFFERENT TRACKS... can I do this? If so, what hardware and software do I need?

You can use most USB mics with the iPad and Camera connection kit. However, only one USB device is supported at a time. It's possible to use a USB interface that supports multiple channels, and plug more than one mic it, and have multitrack record all the different mics into separate channels.
