Tejay71093 wrote:@pwnified I'm going to use the DAW on my ipad mini and use my iphone to record the video. Then harmonicdog-->soundcloud-->imovie (via the icab app to download the audio from soundcloud) then open the vid in imovie and synch. Not positive it'll work but I'm hoping to try tomorrow
If you post it online, post a link here for us. I would love to see how it goes.

Had a recording issue. I had my guitar into channel one and vocals into channel 2 on the t1 and had both routed to the master mix thru USB to my iPad mini. Whenever I tried recording, the track would have about 10 seconds of low audio with static and crackling and then just "hum" like it was frozen. The wave file was flatlined too. Couldn't figure it out, same issue with GarageBand so I know it's a "setting" issue. Any ideas? I read that harmonicdog records at 41 htz and the T1 outputs at 48htz, could that be an issue? I have no idea what the "htz" means so I don't know if that's a non issue. Thanks

It looks like this "Bose t1" needs 24 bit, 48 kHz, so try creating a song at that. (Close the current song, tap the gear icon set the new project format, then hit the + button). Give that a try, I still can't promise it will work. For a devic to work with iOS it need to have class compliant USB 2.0 firmware.

Thanks for the help, I'll give that a try tomorrow. I read on the bose forum that someone uses harmonicdog to record with the t1 (that's how I found out about harmonicdog) so I know it can be done. It's hard to get a response on that forum though!

First create a mixdown (Menu -> Sharing -> Mixdown). Then browse to it (Long-touch over a track, select "Bins" from the hotbox that pops up, Shared tab). From there you can use "Open in" for imovie on the same device. For opening onto another device, use AirDrop from the same popup.

Thanks! First video is finished, I'm still experimenting with the bose t1 (can't figure out how to record on seperate tracks or use the mixers reverb..only delay works for some reason) but I'll figure it out before I try again. The DAW sounds great! It was all recorded, edited and synched on the iPhone and iPad. Here's the vid. http://youtu.be/lj0tvTnZdrA
