I don't know how to phrase this exactly.
When you start to record in another place other than the start of a track, you place the PlayHead where you need it.
Then you record.
But, of course, mistakes happen. And I personally end up UNDOing often.
But, when you UNDO, the PlayHead stays at the position where you stopped recording.
When you UNDO a REC, an option to automatically place the PLAYHEAD to the place where it was before the recording started would help reduce recording times. At least in my case
Thanks. No worries if it can't be done. In any case, there is no easier way to multitrack record on iOS devices than with Harmonicdog MultiTrackDaw.

yeah, that's a good point. Markers would be awesome. (Set marker-n/Goto marker-n) standard transport tools.
In the meantime though.
Try approaching it as if you were using Autopunch. Set the in/out points etc. You still have to move the playhead manually afterwards, but it's easier to see the selected area. Slightly.
