Audio input problems
I have song ideas on my iPhone on a voice memo app I am trying to record over to my iPad using DAW via headphone out on iPhone to headphone in on my iPad . I cannot seem to get any audio to record. Am I missing something here. I have tried different selections of input etc. thank you anyone!

The headphone jack on your iPad has stereo out and only mono in, but you have to have a special plug to take advantage of this.
You can send voice messages over wireless if I recall correctly.
