Here is my issue:
In Audiobus I recorded DM1 through AudioReverb to MultiTrackDAW. I then ejected DM1 and AudioReverb from Audiobus and started JamUp Pro. I began to record a new guitar track into MultiTrack DAW when I noticed the new track was also recording the previous recorded track. Listening back it sounds like the echo of the DM1 drum track.
Anyone else experience this issue? The only think I can think of is that the JamUp Plug is feeding the drums back into the new track.
Any ideas or suggestions?
Thank you in advance.

Re: AudioBus Recording
DM1 is probably still running in the background. If on iOS 7 then double tap the home button and swipe DM1 to fully close it.
Or DM1 is set to start playing when it receives the midi start command. If that's the case then fully closing it as stated above will fix that too.
I hope it's one of those situations.

Guiltysouls, as Martygras has already said, when you eject an app from audiobus it still leaves it in the background. If it is setup to receive virtual midi etc the audio will still be sent to the recording app. Takes a while to wrap your head around where all the midi and audio is going when it's all on one device! Lol

Re: AudioBus Recording
Thank you for the replies. I did completely close the apps after ejecting them from Audiobus. I checked the Audiobus forum and it supposedly has to do with the guitar adapter being plugged into the headphone jack. Other guitarists have had the issue too.
I'll try it again...I hope it works this time, as I don't want to have to purchase another adapter.

I never thought to ask what input you are using. I opted for a digital input (line6 mobile in) because of problem of bleeding from headphone. You could probably get one of those for next to nothing as they fell out of favour because of a lack of support for the software, works a treat now though with audiobus support.

Wow! I guess they're trying to blow out all the 30 pin interfaces.
I wonder if others will drop too...
