Can one re-arrange the order of tracks & set fades?

would like move tracks into a different stacking order... is this possible? that is... drag a track similar to a layer and move the whole track w/o copy and paste?

lastly... how do folks make fade in and outs? would be great to create a slope.

Not currently, but these features are coming (fades). Rearrange track order is on the TODO list, thanks for the feedback.
