Clicks in audio. (monitoring only not playback)

This problem doesn't happen when the sample rate is 44.1kHz. only 48kHz and 88.2kHz. Didn't try 96kHz
Sample size of 16 bit or 24bit is not a problem.

iPhone 5
iRig Pro
24-48 or 16-48 session.
monitoring back through headphones.( this might be the prob cause it is always 44.1kHz?)
constant clicking while monitoring.
increased latency to double check.

On playback of the recording it is fine?

ps: Im really loving the ability to rout to individual input tracks with different sources from AB2. Makes coming out of Loopy a breeze.
