WiFi project transfer between devices

I'm trying to transfer a complete MT project file directly between two iDevices (iOS 7.1). I can get the zipped file into the browser (Safari) of the target device but can't get it from there into MultiTrack. MT does not appear in the "Open in…" pop-up menu.

I have perused all the applicable threads I can find, it appears that this type of transfer is possible. What am I missing?
