ZIP files to SanDisk Wireless Flash Drive App

Post by rrossss »

Hi,
In future version could you figure out a way allow Multitrak DAW
to interact with SanDisk Wireless Flash Drive App. The goal would be to
to transfer entire project ZIP files to storage on the SanDisk Wireless Flash Drive.
instead of transferring via web browser WIFI to computer.
This would be a great convenience when I am doing a lot of remote recording and
need to clear memory space on my I-pad.
I realize that OS does not allow easy inter-app transfers except in cases of a few file
types.
Thank you for all your hard work on improving this Multitrack App. I keep finding
new uses for it, which is I now start to worry about my limited storage space.

Best Regards,

Ross

I'll be adding an 'open in' option for zip files, so once a project is zipped, you should be able to open it into another app. If the Sandisk app supports opening files from other apps, it should work. However the update won't be ready for another couple of months.

Audioshare is a good way to move tracks around and upload to Dropbox.
iPad Air, Akai EIE (the red one), Griffin Studioconnect, Alesis IO Dock, Blue Yeti mic.
