Just bought this app, and after searching high and low, I cannot find a way to set a track input to an ios-compatible interface (Tascam iXR). Everything is plugged in correctly, properly powered and ready to go.
The only options that come up in the track settings are microphone, and two interapp sources.
Any pointers?
Also, if someone could tell me how to create a stereo track, I'd appreciate it. Could not find in Help.
Sorry for noob questions but drawing a total blank.

Re: Track input setting
Hi flyinbryan,
If the interface is detected properly you should see a popup when opening a song or when plugging in the hardware, which says the name of the hardware, and the 'IN' fader (lower left) should change to represent the number of input channels (up to 4 or 8, depending on iphone/ipad.)
It sounds like the interface is not being detected properly by iOS.

Re: Track input setting
Thank you.
It worked with Garageband, but who wants to do that?
EDIT - but only for a moment. It may be a USB power issue - the official Tascam USB power cord is on order. If results change, I'll report back. Thanks again.
