I just purchased Multitrack DAW with the impression that you could extend the region and it could loop. Like Ableton Live or Acid, is this possible? That was the main feature I was looking for, to put together tracks in the application.
I would like to be able to drag the edge and have it loop the region, right now I have to make a copy, unless there is a fast way to make a copy, and paste it on the end of the region....
Thank you,
Alex

Re: Looping Regions
That was the plan from the beginning, unfortunately I ran into issues with alignment and the 'unique' way the multiTrack caches regions... you're probably not interested in the technical reasons why it's not in there for now, but it is planned to look at this again, as it is a useful feature.
In the mean time,if you need to loop a lot of regions, you could paste the region 4 times, and then copy and paste those 4 to get 8, copy and paste those 8 to get 16, etc. It helps to have snap turned on and tempo adjusted to the bar length. Hope this helps.

Re: Looping Regions
Thanks for the quick reply,
OK, I look forward to the feature in the future
In the meantime, I maybe missed it, how do I turn snap on?
