Feature request: move between folders

Would it be possible to have an easy way to move items between folders. For example, I tend to keep my backing tracks in one folder and songs in another and zips in another. If I accidentally put a track in the Song folder, or a zip file in the Tracks folder it’s not easy to move it to the correct folder. I usually have to resort to exporting to a cloud service, then re importing.

You should be able to drag the item up to the 'back' button (upper left) and hover over it, and after a second or so the menu will traverse out of the folder then you can drop the item. Make sure to hold the item still during the hover.

Thanks for the reply. I didn’t realise you could do that, it solves all my problems.

Keep on with MTD, in my opinion the best ios DAW around.

You can also hover over a folder as well, then it will traverse into the folder without dropping the item. I'm going to make a concentrated effort to get this documented in the help file.
