Beat synchronization when pasting tracks

I want to copy a track, or part of a track, from one recording/song and paste it into another recording/song. Is there a way to easy align the beats of the new track to the beats of the existing tracks or do I have to move the tracks manually to align?

If you use the Loop Markers to select the start and end of the time you want, and then select one or more regions (single tap on each region) you want to copy AND open the Hotbox within the loop markers and select 'Bounce' on one of the selected regions, the bounced copy will be trimmed to the loop markers. You can turn on Snap in the menu to make it easy to highlight the time you want using the Loop Markers. Hope this helps
