I just got the Alesis iDock. I recorded from an analog mixer in stereo (main bus mix) and it worked great. First trip out. Came up as a stereo track. Sounds nice, very easy, pretty near plug and play. Call sweetwater or go to website. There is another dock that has four tracks I think. I don't remember the name.

Ok, so you may be able to help me. I have a soudcraft notepad mixer, its analog. This is exactly what I've been wanting to know. So I can get one of those docks, plug my mixer into it instead of a guitar or microphone, and record a live jam with that?
