Arm multiple tracks? US-800 & iPad iOS 5.1

I bought a used Tascam US-800 to use for some live recording, Just to play around with it I sent a signal from an aux on the foh board and connected a large diaphram condenser to the interface. I was getting signal on each input per the led's but I could only arm one track at a time. I tried selecting the track, pressing the arm button and I would attempt to select a different input source. "mono" would stay greyed out and no arrows would come up. Any suggestions?

You should try rebooting or hard reseting the iPad. When plugging in the tascam with MultiTrack running, you should see a popup say "USB 8x2". This means 8 inputs are detected, and then you will get the options in the ARM spinner.
