2 Tascam US-800's as aggregate audio devices?
Is it possible to create aggregate audio devices on iOS like it is on OS X? Would it be possible to leverage that by plugging two Tascam US-800's into a powered hub and into the CCK to access more analog inputs? It could also potentially allow use of differing hardware to create a pool of inputs as well.

It's possible but more of an automatic process done by coreaudio at this time. Like when plugging in headphones to the iPad as well as an external USB device to the camera connector kit. I'm not aware of any way to do this under developer control, but there are undocumented hints in the iOS sdk header files which depict selection of USB devices, so it may be possible in future versions of iOS.
