We're all hoping for Dropbox and FTP support in future updates, but in the meantime, this is how I do it.
It's pretty straightforward, so I don't know why it took so long to figure it out.
If you have a wireless network available, put the Ipad and your smartphone on the same network. If you don't have a network available, use your smartphone to create a hotspot and put the Ipad on it.
Use your phone's browser to navigate to Multitrack using the IP address assigned to it (the WIFI button in MT shows the address).
Download whatever you want to your phone. Yea, you've got to have space on the phone.
Once downloaded, the files can be shared anywhere using Dropbox, FTP or whatever you've got on your phone.
It's too bad it takes 2 transfers to do this, but for now, it works.
Send files to Dropbox, FTP, or anywhere else

Cool technique. The next version will have "Open in" which should solve most of the sharing problems.
