Hi guys.

Well, i have a question about the app. It's possible to run MultiTrack Daw in background? Because i want to record a skype conversation where i have two people using the iPad plus the caller on the skype.

I'll need a audio interface for that? What is the best choice?

It's not possible to record from skype, or at least I'm not aware of a skype client that can also record. If there is one, you might be able to get the maker to implement 'Audiobus' (when it comes out), and once MultiTrack has also implemented audiobus, this might be possible.
