Delete Tracks

I just purchased DAW, I accidently pushed the + button and now have 7 tracks, I just want to start with one track, how do I delete the other 6 tracks?

Also, is there on online user guide / manual for DAW

Touch-Hold over a track you want to delete, and select "Erase" from the Hotbox that pops up.
