Shortcut To Reset Pan and Volume Controls

Sorry for this very basic question, but what is the shortcut for resetting a volume control to 0dB, and resetting the pan to center? I tried double-clicking but that doesn't seem to work.

To reset a Pan knob, you can tap any of the triangles around the outside of the Pan knob. So tap the one at 12 oclock to perfectly reset it. Unfortunately this feature doesn't exist for volume controls, for those, you just have to nudge it back to zero manually.
