Something has happened which had never happened before. Whilst uploading tracks from app to laptop (via the browser address) all files upload with a sample rate of 5.51 kHz instead of 44.1khz as I had set.
So when I listen to them in my DAW they play way to fast. Note the backing track from GarageBand which I uploaded via email plays no problem.
If I use audacity to convert the 5.51khz tracks to 44.1khz and reimport these to daw then they are correct length and speed but the quality is poor.
Can anyone help? It has to be how multitrack is exporting the tracks to wrong rate to the one I've set.
Exporting sample rate at 5.51khz. Why?

I found I can export from multitrack by email and it comes out correct speed.
So it must be a problem with exporting via the web browser. Very odd.

That is very odd, I'll take a look. Are these tracks, or bins, or mixdowns? What happens if you change the bitrate on the dropdown, then change it back to 44.1khz?

I'm still getting this issue. The project is set to 44.1khz on app and on browser upload but when I view file on pc it comes up at 5.51khz.
This is so annoying and buggers up using files for DAW. Please can someone advise?

The reason I ask was to try and isolate where the problem might be. If the project bit/samplerate is set to the same as what is set on the download, and downloading a Bin, there will be no conversion whatsoever. In other words, it will just grab the wav file right off the device and upload the file directly. What are you using to verify that it's 5.51khz? I mean, where does it say that? And what web browser are you using to download the file? If you don't mind, I'd like to take a look at one of these Bins, could you send a short one to my email? These are tracks and also a bin I tried.

We came to the conclusion that multitrack had a corrupted binary, or your web browser on your computer cached the page from an earlier version of multitrack. An explanation for multitrack serving web pages with 1/8 the samplerate is that the browser had an old version of the page, served by an earlier version of multitrack, or that the multitrack binary is simply corrupted. First try another web browser, if that doesn't work, you'll need to reinstall multitrack. (The iOS upgrade wont help unfortunately).
