searched around here and found no answer. i created a song in MultitrackDaw, 16/44.1, 1 track imported from beatmaker2(panned center), 2 rhythm guitar tracks recorded from JamUp into MTDAW via audio bus. both of those tracks are stereo(panned hard left and right) and 1 lead guitar track(panned center)
the issue im having is that when i lsten to the track on soundcloud or really anywhere, my iphone, pc etc..if i have headphones in i hear all the tracks. playing through the speakers makes the lead guitar track disappear. maybe im missing something..heres the track and if you have any ideas..thanks in advance!

Re: export to soundcloud: sound issue
Usually this means that when it's playing through a mono system, for some reason the left and right sides are out of phase, and when they are combined (for the mono playback) it has the effect of removing or canceling out anything in the center. I've heard this before but never from multitrack. I'll download the wav file and examine it.

Re: export to soundcloud: sound issue
Just as I suspected, looking at the wav file shows the guitar out of phase between the 2 sides:
I don't think this is a problem of multitrack, because there are other instruments in the center and not out of phase. I just tried an audiobus GlitchBreaks track and it worked fine. It could be due to JamUp, outputing out-of-phase audio, or even audiobus, but thats unlikely. You could try panning other audiobus recorded tracks center and see if they do the same thing (other audiobus recorded tracks, but not JamUp), and try to pinpoint if it's really JamUp causing the problem.

Upon further checking, this is definitely a JamUp bug. I've let the JamUp guys know.

Re: export to soundcloud: sound issue
The JamUp guys let me know that there is an option in JamUp, for selecting headphones or speaker. When set to headphones, they do this out-of-phase trick in order to reduce feedback. So, please try selecting the speaker option, not the headphone option. I've suggested that they do this out-of-phase trick for audiobus lossy streams (for monitoring) but NOT for the lossless recording streams. Because it doesn't make sense that you would ever want to record out-of-phase streams. But in the meantime, you can just select the speaker option in JamUp.
