Multiple Audiobus Tracks

I know I had this working, but I have had a brain fade. When I start a new AB session MD opens a new project and arms the first track. Everything goes well. Now, I want to add another track. So, I disarm the first track and arm the second. Well, my iPad internal mike is now picking up ambient sounds along with the audio from the input app.

So, what am I doing wrong?

You need to go to the fx button of the armed track and choose "source" then select the app that you're using through Audiobus.

(This happened to me the first time I used Audiobus too, but it was an overdriven synth sound and I was recording in a quiet room. I thought it sounded awesome so I kept the take)
