I left out a verse.....how can I pick up eight tracks and patch them into another location seamlessly?

Move the playhead to the point where the verse should go, and now use "split" from the hotbox on each of the regions (long-touch to open the hotbox). If you open the hotbox close to the playhead, the split will be exactly on the playhead line. Now select all the regions on the right and move them down. This is to open up a space for the copied verse., you can adjust it later, just make sure to move them all at once by selecting them all and opening the hotbox over one of them and "move".

Now, do the same playhead trick to split the verse out. You can then copy the regions one at a time, and paste them into the gap you opened. You should turn on "snap" from the menu so that they line up with each other.
