Copy and move track rails

I like to do quite a bit of copying and moving of entire track rails with multiple regions in the rail from punching in and only needing sound in specific sections. Is there a way, other than tapping each region, to copy and/or move the entire track rail? I hope I'm making sense here.

Don't think you can, but it's easier to tap all these segments if you pinch and zoom all the way out. For many of my recordings, this puts the the entire project on the screen at once.

Thanks. Some of my punches are only a few notes and are difficult to tap when I zoom out like that. O well, I'll just have to practice more so I don't have to punch in so much. Thanks, again.
